Yup. The pic is new, an Iowa frozen country scene found on flickr (attribution there).
I also added that 'must read' section, bullet-ed the blogroll links so they would stand out better, and added a section down the page of my stuff elsewhere on the web.
Just felt like rearranging the furniture and trying a couple of new accent pieces.
